Overwhelmed by bad poker study materials.

I’m trying to study off the tables, but there is so much terrible information out there. I feel like I'm wasting time on bad advice that might actually be ruining my win rate. I'm pretty skeptical of most "coaching" sites and gurus now. How do you filter through the noise? Are there any legitimate online poker coaching resources that actually teach the math behind the game and help you stop bleeding money, rather than just selling hype?

Finding good study materials is honestly half the battle. There is so much terrible information out there that can actually ruin your win rate.
