This combo of 3 boxes of blood glucose test strips is a product specifically for the FC-G168 blood glucose meter, and cannot be used on other models, even with specialized blood glucose meters of the FaCare medical equipment brand.
* Note when using blood glucose test strips:
- Wash your hands before measuring, use a new test strip each time you check.
- Do not use expired or deformed test strips.
- Store the test strips properly in the original box, and tighten the cap after use.
How often should you measure your blood sugar?
The frequency of measuring your blood sugar depends on your age, health, and physical condition. Here is some information for reference:
- Young people under 30 years old: Measure your blood sugar every few months to a year or every time you have a regular health check-up.
- People over 30 to under 40 years old: Measure your blood sugar every month to a year or every time you have a regular health check-up.
- People over 40 years old: Should measure their blood sugar monthly.
- People with poor health or diabetes: Should measure weekly or when their blood sugar levels change.
